If you have a continuing Sun Devil who would like to live in upper-division campus housing during the 2025-2026 academic year, encourage your student to apply soon. The ASU Housing Portal is now accepting renewal applications during the application period of Jan 21-27, 2025.
Continuing students are Sun Devils who will be in their second year and beyond, and/or are no longer in their first year at ASU, or are transfer students with one or more years of college credit from another institution, or are enrolled in a graduate program.

The steps to applying for renewal housing include:
- Sign into the Housing Portal to apply for on-campus housing.
- Select the application term (academic year).
- Fill out the application and personal information.
- Download and sign the License Agreement with the 10-digit student ID number.
- Complete room and roommate selection.
- Select a Meal Plan (more information found at Sun Devil Hospitality).
