New residence hall, occupancy in fall 2024
ASU West Valley is adding a new 500-bed residence hall of approximately 134,000 square feet. The new on-campus living option will provide students with a safe, clean and affordable environment that offers connections, engagement and collaboration through student programming.
New academic building, occupancy in early 2025
This four-story, approximately 55,000 square-foot facility will consist of new student gallery space, computer labs, drawing labs, faculty offices and future growth spaces.
