Searching for internships and full-time jobs can be challenging. ASU juniors and seniors may be eligible to get a little help in navigating their career preparation through a pilot program offered by Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT). Called Turn Pro, the program was recently launched at ASU to provide upper-division Sun Devils with a customized playbook, roadmap for success, coaching and connections to top employers.
MLT Turn Pro is part of a study and applicants will be selected for a limited number of spots through a lottery-like process. The pilot program is fully funded by MLT’s partners, so there is no cost to the students who participate at ASU.
The Turn Pro program will offer:
- A customized playbook, roadmap, coaching, and connections to world-class partner organizations
- Hybrid delivery with monthly one-on-one or group coaching, either in-person and virtual
- On-campus events to allow for networking with employers and other participants
- Curriculum tailored to students’ individual needs, and tee-ups with employer partners for recruiting
- Ingredients for success: the know-how, navigation systems, and network
A professional network unlike any other — more than 8,000 peers, mentors, and senior leaders — committed to helping each other advance while lifting a new generation of diverse leaders.
Admission is on a rolling basis. ASU juniors and seniors can read more and sign up here.
