Do you have a student seeking an internship or a job post-graduation? Juniors and seniors at Arizona State University are invited to apply to a new college-to-career program and study called MLT Turn Pro. Turn Pro is a pilot program that will connect Sun Devils to a customized playbook, roadmap, coaching and connections to top employers and the career your student is planning to pursue.
MLT offers ASU students a streamlined application process, accessible participation requirements and no associated costs in applying. Turn Pro is designed as a study of 1,000 students that will take place during the 2022-2024 school years. The study will measure the impact of personalized roadmap creation and coaching.
Turn Pro services will include:
- Monthly one-on-one or group coaching, either in-person and virtual
- Access to on-campus events to provide additional networking with employers and other participants
- A customized playbook, roadmap, and connections to world-class partner organizations with curriculum tailored to each students’ individual needs, and working with employer partners for recruiting.
- Ingredients for success: the know-how, navigation systems, and network
MLT will be working with students at the Tempe, Downtown, West and Polytechnic campuses and will rotate where events are hosted.
