Fall 2025 ASU Family Welcome
Welcome to the ASU Family!
Celebrate the start of your ASU experience during move-in weekend with festive welcome events planned exclusively for parents and supporting family members at each ASU Campus location. Through these programs parents and family members will have an opportunity to connect with ASU staff, representatives from their students' college and fellow incoming family members while learning about ASU Family opportunities and resources. While your student settles in and begins participating in Welcome programs, come meet your fellow family members!
Downtown Campus Family Welcome
Friday, August 15: 5 to 6 p.m. | Arizona Center, Arizona Tower- 11th Floor
Polytechnic Campus Family Welcome
Saturday, August 16: 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. | Student Union, Cooley Ballroom
Tempe Campus Family Welcome
Saturday, August 16: 5 to 6 p.m. | Student Pavilion, Senita Ballroom
Sunday, August 17: 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., and 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. | Student Pavilion, Senita Ballroom
*These programs will be identical.
West Valley Campus Family Welcome
Sunday, August 17: 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. | University Center, La Sala Ballroom
