Welcome to the ASU Family!
Celebrate the start of the 2023-2024 Academic Year with festive Parent and Family Member Welcome events during move-in at each ASU Campus location. Connect with ASU staff and fellow Sun Devil parents and family members while your student settles into their room and attends Welcome events for students.
Downtown Campus Family Welcome
Friday, August 11: 3:00 to 4 p.m. and 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. | A. E. England
*Please plan to attend the session associated with your student's Academic College, as indicated below:
3 to 4 p.m.: Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, University College, and Walter Cronkite School of Mass Communication And Journalism
4:30 to 5:30 p.m.: College of Health Solutions, Herberger Institute for Design & the Arts and Watts College of Public Service and Community Solutions
Polytechnic Campus Family Welcome
Saturday, August 12: 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. | Student Union, Cooley Ballroom
Tempe Campus Family Welcome
Sunday, August 13: 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., 3:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m., and 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. | Student Pavilion, Senita Ballroom
*Please select the session that will work best for you. These programs will be identical.
West Campus Family Welcome
Saturday, August 12: 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. | University Center, La Sala Ballroom
