ASU Family Virtual Yoga Fall 2022

ASU Family and ASU 365 Community Union invite you and your family to join us for another series of casual, livestreamed yoga sessions designed for all levels of experience this fall semester. Have your PK through University Sun Devil join you as you learn some family- and beginner-friendly movements for a healthy and fun addition to your weekend.

11 a.m.- noon
*This session will be offered  as part of ASU Family Weekend 2022. If you have already registered to participate in person as part of your Family Weekend registration, no further action is necessary. 

Please note that for these sessions, Arizona will be on Mountain Standard Time (MST) and this session will occur the first day of Daylight Savings Time (1 hour ahead of the West Coast and Two Hours behind the East Coast). You can determine your adjusted time using this time zone converter.
